Join Katy online via Zoom for a 4 week course designed for anyone who wants to write something and finish it. Whether you struggle with ideas, character, dialogue, structure or your own inner critic, you will be supported to create a complete, refined piece of work in the genre of your choice.

This might be a poem, a short story, a chapter of a novel, a short film or the opening scene of a play. In the final session your work will be shared, and feedback given and received, so that you will leave inspired and clear about next steps. Thursday 23 July - 13 August 7pm — 8. Practice gentle spinal movements to relax and rejuvenate the nervous system, basic yogic breathing techniques and guided meditations.

These classes are suitable for everyone, with or without previous yoga experience. A sociable choir for people living with dementia, led by a professional singer.
