My biggest dream in life is to master the art of writing fiction — to expertly create imaginary worlds and witty, insightful ideas. I desperately want to become a great writer, but the process of practicing this craft turned out to be way more difficult than I have ever expected — it felt confusing and overwhelming, and staring at a blank page, struggling to come up with ideas, is outright excruciating.

The main problem I faced was the lack of clear and attainable goals, a straightforward process I could regularly practice to improve my skills. Following, is the description of the each step. Starting with a prompt is a great way to make sure you always have something to write about, and replying to the prompts in this list will help your stories to get noticed and receive feedback — which is extremely important for growing as a writer.
